We see people, not numbers
Axiom Support Services is an independent NDIS plan management provider based in Western Australia.
We look after the financial side of your NDIS plan so you can concentrate on your goals and the supports that matter to you. That means paying your providers on time, keeping an accurate record of every transaction and making sure you always know where your funding stands.
As a small, independent business we answer our own enquiries. You deal with the same people each time, you get a prompt reply, and we take the time to explain how your funding works in plain language.
Experienced, accurate and easy to deal with
Three things shape the way we manage every plan.
-
Genuine financial expertise
Axiom is led by a qualified bookkeeper with more than 30 years of experience. We understand the financial detail behind an NDIS plan and we manage it properly.
-
Purpose-built software
We use dedicated plan management software with HICAPS integration, which keeps record-keeping accurate and gets your providers paid promptly.
-
Service that stays personal
We take the time to understand your circumstances and tailor how we work with you. You are never just a file number.
Less paperwork, more choice
An NDIS plan brings real opportunities, but the administration behind it can be demanding. Plan management takes that weight off you.
Financial management without the stress
We handle payments, invoices and budget tracking across your plan, so nothing is missed and nothing is left to the last minute.
Freedom to choose your providers
With a plan manager you can use both registered and unregistered NDIS providers. We process the payments and manage the paperwork behind them.
Reporting you can actually read
You receive regular, clear statements showing what has been spent and what remains, so there are no surprises later in your plan.
Plan management is funded by the NDIS
The NDIS provides separate funding for plan management under the Improved Life Choices category of your plan. It does not come out of the funding set aside for your supports, and there is no out-of-pocket cost to you.
This funding covers a one-off plan establishment fee of $232.35 and a monthly plan management fee of $104.45, both set by the NDIS.
If plan management is not yet included in your plan, talk to us. It can usually be requested at your next planning meeting or plan review.
Moving to Axiom is straightforward
You can change plan managers at any time. You do not need to wait for a plan review.
-
Give notice to your current provider
Let your existing plan manager know you are moving, allowing for whatever notice period you agreed with them. Two weeks is typical.
-
We take care of the transition
Once your notice period ends we handle the changeover, including the paperwork and provider details, and we keep you informed at each step.

Common questions about plan management
If your question is not answered here, please send us a message and we will get back to you.
What is NDIS plan management?
Plan management is a support that helps NDIS participants manage the financial side of their plan. Your plan manager acts as the go-between for you, your service providers and the NDIS: processing and paying invoices, tracking your budget and providing regular financial reporting.
What does a plan manager actually do?
A plan manager makes sure your funding is spent correctly and efficiently. In practice that means receiving invoices from your providers, checking them against your plan, paying them on time, and keeping you up to date on your remaining budget.
How much does plan management cost?
Nothing out of pocket. The NDIS provides separate funding for plan management under the Improved Life Choices category, covering a one-off establishment fee of $232.35 and a monthly fee of $104.45.
Can I change plan managers?
Yes. You can change plan managers at any time if you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
What is the difference between a plan manager and a support coordinator?
A plan manager looks after the money: paying providers for supports delivered, helping you monitor your funds and providing financial reports.
A support coordinator looks after the supports themselves: helping you understand and implement your plan, connecting you with providers and community or government services, and building your skills and confidence.
Why choose an independent plan manager?
As a small, independent business our clients matter to us individually. That means prompt replies to your questions and the time taken to make sure you understand how your funding works. We see people, not numbers.
What does the name Axiom mean?
An axiom is something accepted as certain and dependable. The classic example is a mathematical one: 1 plus 1 equals 2.
Regardless of background, education or belief, that remains true. It is constant and it does not change, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to.
